Because of their lack of confidence, they unknowingly limit what they can do to make their business a success. This lack of confidence do not let them take the risks in the business. So eventually, they missed the point that they are actually learning from these risks making them stronger and learns better in their business field.
If these people are really serious about making their business a success, they need to find out the beliefs that is holding them back and limiting their capacities as far as managing their business is concerned. It may be a negative belief that is what holding them back. As soon as they had been identified, it is now time to change it.
