First-time home buyer credit has many advantages and as well as disadvantages.  As far as consumer’s spending is concerned, extending this credit seems so much of a great idea.  However, there are some people who see it as another way to receive free money.  However, nothing comes free.  In years to come. home buyers were able to receive the amount of $7,500 as credit that has to be paid.
